We offer USPS shipping to our United States customers. Orders received by 5pm Pacific time, will normally ship the next business day. We normally ship via USPS and cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
Butler Watch Company accepts orders from around the globe. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. FedEx international shipping is available if the customer desires.
Registered Butler Watch owners may submit their quartz movement equipped GMT and J80 watches for battery replacement at no charge, except for shipping. We will replace your battery, inspect for defects, and equip it with a new caseback gasket if required. We are committed to satisfied customers. This offer is only valid for registered owners and this offer is void if the watch caseback shows evidence of tampering. Professional Series OOOI watch model battery replacement requires a customer charge. Email for details.
Each Butler Watch Company watch is carefully crafted using quality components. Butler Watch Company offers a 2 year limited warranty, from the date of purchase, against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. Some restrictions do apply.
Professional Seris OOOI watch comes with a 1 year limited warranty. OOOI watch is water resistant to 5ATM/50 meter/165 feet. OOOI watch is not a dive watch and care should be taken if used near water.
The foregoing warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms or conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by Butler Watch Company. Butler Watch Company will not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if Butler Watch Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. Butler Watch Company’s entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair of the purchase price paid, at Butler Watch Company’s sole option.
Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of any implied warranty and/or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and/or exclusions may be limited in their application to you. When implied warranties may not be excluded in their entirety, they will be limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have rights which vary from state to state. If the watch has a defect that is covered by the warranty described above within the warranty period, Butler Watch Company will repair or replace any defective parts, at its sole option, free of charge within a reasonable time. Butler Watch Company may exchange the watch at its sole discretion. In case of replacement, Butler Watch Company cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. When returning your watch for repair, please include a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase
Should you require work under warranty, please send in your watch, a COPY of your sales receipt and/or the warranty card and/or the certificate of authenticity with dealer stamp and a description of the problem to Butler Watch Company. For service work that is not covered under this warranty, the watch dealer or their service center may perform the services you request for a charge dependent on watch style and type of work requested. These charges are subject to change. Do not send original packaging, as it will not be returned. Butler Watch Company highly recommends you insure your return shipment and adequately protect the watch during shipment. Butler Watch Company is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. For repairs of your Butler Watch Company watch we recommend that you contact an authorized Butler Watch Company dealer or the authorized Butler Watch Service Center closest to you.
You may return or exchange any item as long as we are notified in writing within 48 hours from receipt of the item(s). Please request your Return Authorization Number via email: info[at]butlerwatch.com.
Highly and adequately protect the watch during shipment. Butler Watch Company is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment.
Returns are accepted in the original box with all original packing material, manuals, and warranty cards. If any items are missing, the return will not receive full credit. Items and packaging must be undamaged.
Bracelets must not be resized. Watches must be unworn. Any watch received with damage, wear, or any signs of use is not eligible for return or exchange.
Please write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
Provided you have complied with this Return Policy, at your option, you will receive full credit of your purchase price less the original shipping charges, in exchange for another in-stock product, or you may receive a full account refund, less original shipping charges. You may exchange your item for anything in our store that is in stock and pay any cost difference. If you are exchanging for a less expensive item, you will have the difference in cost, less shipping charges, to use as a store credit.
If you purchased with PayPal and/or a credit card, the original purchase amount, less original shipping charges, will be credited to your PayPal or credit card account.
Pre-order deposits and payments are non-refundable after 14 days and can only be applied for store credit or refund after receipt of the product. Customized or factory modified watches are non-refundable and not eligible for return. Items must be received within 2 weeks of issuance of the Return Authorization Number to be eligible for refund or exchange.
Be sure to purchase your Butler Watch Company watch through an authorized dealer. If purchasing from an unauthorized dealer, be aware, there is risk of receiving a defective timepiece, a watch of questionable origin, or a counterfeit. Be extremely careful when purchasing via the internet if purchasing from other than Butler Watch Company or an authorized Butler Watch Company dealer. Butler Watch Company does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation or for purchases from unauthorized dealers.
Butler Watch Company collects sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses.
Butler Watch Company wants to ensure that your credit card information is protected. When an order is placed through our shopping cart, your personal information is protected by Level 1 PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). No payment information, using either credit or debit cards, is stored on our website or on our servers. If you call us to make a transaction that involves a financial transaction, you will be required to resubmit your account information.
Customers making pre-order payment in full will receive discounted pricing as shown on the respective product web page. Pre-orders are refundable up to 14 days after pre-order payment. Cancellation after 14 days will result in store credit only.
